The program functions as a network of providers, giving Mack-Cali's tenants special offers on goods and services. Those participating in introduction were: American Computer Technologies, Art Plus Inc., Bergen Sign Inc., Graebel Van Lines, Guttman Development Strategies Inc., Johnson Stationers Inc., Johnston Communications Inc., Lincoln Mayflower, MEHL Communications Inc., Micro Strategies Inc., New Concept Furniture Interiors Inc., Office Interiors Inc., Orloff Design Associates Inc., Premier Horticultural Services Inc., Quench, Simonik Moving and Storage and Office Environments Inc.

Approximately 700 people attended the initial kick-off. As can be seen from the list of participating providers, the types of services and goods presented included relocation and office solutions, computer networking and equipment, audiovisual services, office furnishing and equipment, benefits administration, insurance and staffing. A spokesperson for Mack-Cali assures that "all providers are independent vendors and are pre-screened for quality and competitive pricing."
