This transaction is the most recent office property to change hands in the county over the past week. As reported yesterday by GlobeSt.com, a three-building, 410,000-sf office portfolio in Glendale was sold by New York-based Westbrook Partners to Los Angeles-based CommonWealth Partners. Sources say the buildings were sold for about $80 million.
Earlier this week, a Calabasas-based private investment group purchased an 85,300-sf office property in Monterey Park for $6.5 million. Kevin Shannon of Grubb & Ellis' South Bay office represented both the buyer, MB Investment LLC and the seller, Marina del Rey-based Pacifica/Arka/Monterey Park LLC.
