TMX Takes Space Near Boeing Division

KENT, WA-TMX Aerospace provides supply-chain management services that streamline the flow of raw materials for the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group and its worldwide suppliers. According to TMX officials, the new lease was made to get closer to the Boeing plant.

KENT, WA-CenterPoint Corporate Park has signed TMX Aerospace, a division of Detroit-based Thyssen Inc. N.A, to a long-term lease for approximately 20,000 sf in the 763,000-sf business park.

TMX Aerospace provides supply-chain management services that streamline the flow of raw materials for the Boeing Commercial Airplane Group and its worldwide suppliers. According to TMX officials, the new lease was made to get closer to the Boeing plant.

The deal comes on the heels on a new lease with Alaska Airlines and three other companies. It pushes CenterPoint past 70% occupancy.
