Chapel Hill Towers, 1111 Independence Ave., is located on a 20-plus acre site at the northwest corner of Buchbolzer Blvd. and Independence Ave. in Akron. The complex, built in 1970, has two six-story mid-rise buildings with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a swimming pool and picnic area.
