SAN FRANCISCO-Internet portal solutions provider Epicentric is taking 75,000 sf in Martin Group Partners “The Landmark @ One Market” building at the apex of Market and California streets in downtown San Francisco. Epicentric will occupy two full floors of the 11-story, 350,000 sf office building designed by architects Bliss and Faville and constructed in 1916.

The five-year sublease was negotiated with Scient Corp., an Internet consulting firm that holds the master lease for the space. Scient signed a 10-year lease for 165,000 sf in 1999, but in December of 2000 the company announced plans to sublease 38,000 sf.
