Ron Roberson of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group tells GlobeSt.com that Resource Recycling Warehouse has been a tenant for three years. He says the area is perfect for Resource Recycling because it has easy truck access to Loop 610 and is located in a cost-effective market.

Roberson says the company recycles large containers of printing ink in the multi-tenant, tilt-wall warehouse near the Houston ship channel. First Industrial Realty Trust owns the warehouse. Grady Farris of Houston Industrial Brokerage has represented First Industrial in the lease negotiations.

Roberson, who focuses on the industrial market, says leasing activity for his firm has remained constant this year. Caldwell Watson mainly focuses on the northwest submarket.
