Mikrotek's existing headquarters are in Redondo Beach. The manufacturer will move 50 employees to the building in June. The glass and concrete tilt-up building is located at 16951 Keegan Ave. The facility contains on-site parking, with four spaces per every 1000 sf of building area.
Bud Meyers and David Prior of The Klabin Co. represented the seller, Educational Insight. Mikrotek was represented by Rudy Lara of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services.
This transaction is the fourth office property to change hands in Los Angeles County in this week. Combined, the deals represent more than $94 million in sales activity.
