According to the terms of the five-year agreement, the tenant will occupy the entire 30,000-sf building. The lease includes an option to renew at the end of the five-year term.

Built in 1972, the facility is located at 5761 Research. It features four ground level loading doors and a large yard area. The space was previously occupied by SR Industries.

Brad Bierbaum, Bob Goodmanson and Brian DeRevere of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties in the transaction.

The county's industrial real estate market continues to tighten, despite recent reports that there is a slowdown in the manufacturing sector. According to area brokers, there is a historically low vacancy rate countywide, as industrial users gobble up space as soon as it becomes available.
