Quintessence will use the space to develop and manufacture fiber optic components.The building is located at 15632 Roxford St. Quintessence is slated to occupy the space in mid-June. Around 30 employees will be housed at the site.

Quintessence is led by CFO George Lintz and President Jeff Ungar. "We are venture capital backed and are not deterred by the difficulties some start-ups have had in the telecommunications sector," Lintz says. "We view it as a multi-billion dollar market."

David Hoffberg of Delphi Business Properties represented Quintessence. Barbara Emmons of CB Richard Ellis and Chris Sullivan of Daum Commercial Real Estate represented World Oil.
