The company inked a five-year leased for 8,386 sf feet at what is now called Hamilton Landing. Golden Gate will relocate from San Rafael to the 54,000 sf building that was a former airplane shelter. Asking rents range from $2.90 sf to $3 sf for the six converted hangars and $3.50 sf for a seventh building that will be constructed from the ground up.
Barker Pacific is the landlord. Sandy Greenblat and Terry Trotter of H&L Commercial represented Golden Gate in the lease transaction, which also includes an additional five-year option.
Haden Ongaro and Brian Eisberg of Orion Partners are the leasing brokers for the project.
