In a released statement, Governor Jane Switf states, "This is prime real estate and the possibilities following redevelopment are significant. "We'll be working with the T to clean it up,' she tells GlobeSt.com. "Then we'll decide what to do." Sullivan says the city is considering several options for the parcel including affordable housing, a commercial center or a neighborhood park. "A community process will be put into place to determine how to best use the land," she notes.
