Workspeed Inc.'s top-tier customers also include participants in the first and second round financing, including Apollo Real Estate Advisors, Archon Group, Vornado Realty Trust, Jack Resnick & Sons, Inc. and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.

The second round of financing also represents a significant additional commitment to the company by Peregrine Systems, Inc., a provider of infrastructure resource management systems. San Francisco based Workspeed closed its initial financing of $18 million in May last year.

Also participating in this round is Partech International, a San Francisco based venture capital firm that was instrumental in the founding of Workspeed.

Workspeed was founded to address problems with the way building services are requested managed and delivered. The firm's flagship product, Workspeed Building, creates a database of building operation information and allows owners, property managers, building engineers, tenants and vendors to work together in real time to request and deliver building services.

Since its launch in February, the company's flagship product has been implemented in more than 15 million sf of office buildings in cities that include Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C.
