The North 16th Street Commercial Center buy includes three freestanding buildings and a 20,172-sf multi-tenant structure. It is located at 6102 and 6120 N. 16th St., north of Bethany Home Road and west of the Squaw Peak Parkway. Tenants in the center include a financial services firm and an Italian grocery and deli.

Dass W., a limited liability company based in Phoenix, is the seller. The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with brokers Steve Fernandez, Jenifer Davis and Ron Clarke, negotiated the sale for the buyer and seller.

In another retail sale, a vacant 7-Eleven store at 3602 Indian School has been bought for $475,000, GlobeSt.com has been told. It is one of about 60 nationwide that is being hawked by Will B. Evans, vice president for Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Dallas office.

Evans has represented the seller, 7-Eleven Inc., while Jeff Levine with CB Richard Ellis has acted for the buyer, RLF Properties. The freestanding structure totals 2,400 sf.
