Brokers Close Two Retail Property Sales

PHOENIX-A Salt Lake City-based lumber company has shelled out $1.9 million for a north Phoenix retail complex while a local investor has spent $475,000 for a vacant 7-Eleven. In all, upward of 25,000 sf has changed hands.

PHOENIX-The Romney Lumber Co., based in Salt Lake City, has paid $1.9 million for a retail complex in north Phoenix.

The North 16th Street Commercial Center buy includes three freestanding buildings and a 20,172-sf multi-tenant structure. It is located at 6102 and 6120 N. 16th St., north of Bethany Home Road and west of the Squaw Peak Parkway. Tenants in the center include a financial services firm and an Italian grocery and deli.

Dass W., a limited liability company based in Phoenix, is the seller. The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with brokers Steve Fernandez, Jenifer Davis and Ron Clarke, negotiated the sale for the buyer and seller.
