Extended Stay America Arrives in High-Tech Corridor

BOTHELL, WA-Wayne Huizenga's lodging outfit cuts the ribbon on a 101-key Efficiency Studios asset.

BOTHELL, WA-Extended Stay America Inc. has moved into the high-tech corridor east of Seattle, opening a four-story Extended Stay America Efficiency Studios hotel located at 923 228th St. SE. The 101-room hotel is the company’s 10th property in the Seattle area, its 17th hotel in the state and its 401st property overall.

Extended Stay owns and operates its other Washington-based extended-stay hotels under its StudioPlus Deluxe, Extended Stay America Efficiency Studios and Crossland Economy Studios brand names. They are located in Olympia, Portland, Seattle, Spokane and Tacoma.
