ROYAL OAK, MI-Three developers have told a city committee that lease rates for a planned class A office development could fetch from between $20 to $30 per sf. The Kojaian Cos. of Bloomfield Hills, Schostak Brothers of Southfield and Blue Hill Development of Ann Arbor presented separate plans to the Woodward/I696 committee for the development of 4.2 acres along I-696 and Woodward Avenue.

The committee is made up of three members of the city commission, and three members of the Downtown Development Authority.

The intersection, directly across from the Detroit Zoo, is considered the city entrance to the popular downtown area.
