Steve Rocher of Grubb & Ellis Co. has represented the building owner, BMS Management in the leases. The largest lease is with Houston-based accounting firm, Horne Wallace Cole & Co. Inc. for 11,344 sf. Assisting Rocher in the talks was Grubb & Ellis Co. broker Hubert Wen. Roddy McAlpine with Colliers International has negotiated the deal for the tenant.

Fortis Benefits, a Kansas City, Missouri-based insurance company specializing in non-medical employee benefits has inked a pact for 5,854 sf in the 365,955-sf office building. Joel Oppenheim of the Oppenheim Group has represented the tenant.

In the third signing, Abrams Technical Services Inc., a Houston-based contract personnel firm, is taking 4,713 sf in the building. Jason Whittington with NAI Partners has represented Abrams Technical Services.
