"This refined process will streamline communications with our clients and make servicing their specific needs and requirements much faster with a single point of contact who can deliver whatever services the client requires," Henderson adds.
Henderson, a certified professional geologist says the team was formalized to make it "much easier to tell our clients precisely how long a project will take since every aspect of the project will be controlled by the same team. Whenever a business can better control the timing, pricing and quality of its services it's good for the client. This makes the process even better for clients who can obtain all the environmental and surveying services they need with a single call."
The real estate services group at the company is internally comprised of the transactions group and facilities management group.
The transactions group works with property owners, bankers, real estate brokers, and attorneys on the transfer of land. Projects will include Phase I environmental site assessments, boundary and ALTA surveys. and geotechnical services.
The facilities management group is focused on projects that help landowners and facility managers with the rehabilitation, expansion and/or maintenance of existing sites. Projects will include brownfield consulting, environmental compliance audits, and ISO 14001 consulting.
Approximately 25 employees have been assigned to the real estate services group inMichigan and the firm's office in Illinois.
