The tenant was represented by Peter London and Jeff Manly of the Staubach Co. The building owner, TIAA, was represented by Shaun Stiles of Colliers Seeley International. Stiles, along with partners Hayden Eaves and Kinden Mitchell, handles leasing of the property.
Although the county's office market has been battered in recent months, activity has slowly begun to pick up again. "We are seeing activity in the Tri-Cities market right now," Stiles says. "However, tenants are slow to make any commitment given the uncertainty of the general market. We expect to continue to see slow but steady space absorption through the rest of this year."
