The building is leased to SBS Technologies. CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Carlsbad Business Park, in the transaction. Colliers International represented the buyer.

In March, Mararisk purchased the 147,907-sf business park at 13651, 13691, 13741 and 13771 Danielson St. in Poway, for $12.3 million. The seller was Pacific American Group LLC.

Parkway Commerce Center consists of four industrial buildings, including two multitenant industrial and two warehouse/distribution structures. The property, on 9.8 acres, features glass storefront entries.
