Social & Scientific Systems Inc. is taking 88,230 sf on the ninth through 12th floors of the 14-story building. Howard Jensen of Atlantic Realty and Andrew Masters of Insignia/ESG represented the owner. Philip McCarthy and Keith Forey of Transwestern Commercial Services represented the tenant.
J&E Associates leased 5,906 sf on the fourth floor. Howard Jensen and Andrew Masters again represented the owner. John Duffy of Transwestern represented the tenant.
A spokesperson for Atlantic says the renovation of the property is part of an overall revitalization effort of this community's Central Business District. Mary Frances leMat, president and CEO of Social & Scientific Systems comments, "We are excited about bringing the three separate SSS locations in Bethesda, Rockville and Gaithersburg together here and also about being a part of the revitalization of this growing community."
