The tenant, Glenwillow, OH-based Royal Appliance Manufacturing Co., will occupy the entire distribution facility, which stands at 3951 E. Earlstone St. The company, which assembles a full line of cleaning products under the Dirt Devil and Royal brand names, is planning to occupy the space in July. Royal will join Oakley, the Disney Co. and the Children's Place as tenants of major facilities at Haven Gateway.

The facility was newly built by Whittier-based Oltmans Construction Co. The concrete tilt-up building features 32-ft interior warehouse clearance, early-suppression sprinklers and dock-high and ground level loading.

Jeff Huberman and Jeff Smith of Lee & Associates' Ontario office represented the tenant. The building owner, Adaya Asset, was represented by the brokerage team of Rob Fuelling and Amr Tanir of Investment Development Services Inc. and Chuck Belden of Cushman & Wakefield's Ontario office.

The Haven Gateway Centre will eventually encompass 1.5 million sf, according to Fuelling. Groundbreaking will commence soon on two additional buildings.
