Trendwest Begins Construction on Oregon Coast Resort

SEASIDE, OR-Trendwest Resorts Inc., a leader in timeshare-vacation condominiums in the Pacific Northwest, broke ground today on another resort that is driving distance for Portland and Seattle clients. The resort will be located on the oceanfront here and encompass approximately three acres of the coastal town space. Seaside is located just 79 miles west of Portland and is known as the official end of the Lewis & Clarke trail.

“We evaluated a number of sites and decided that Seaside was a community with the ambiance and many of the attractions that our owners value,” said Bill Peare, president and CEO of Trendwest.
