The office building is just south of Broadway Road on McClintock Drive, about a mile from Arizona State University and about 1 1/2 miles north of Superstition Freeway. In Tempe, office space brings about $16 per sf to $22 per sf. The Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG, with brokers Dave Seeger, Karsten Peterson and Mark Gustin, has represented both parties in the transaction.
