Gold's new spot in the center includes space previously occupied by UATheatres, the Yet Wok restaurant and an arcade. The lease broughtGlasshouse Square to 100% occupancy, with Staples, Wherehouse Records,Chuck E. Cheese, Ultrazone, In-N-Out Burger and Del Taco as its major tenants.

Glasshouse Square is a 97,381-sf project that was recently purchased for $11.5 million by Great American Capital from the 1033 Third St. Corp. Tony Villasenor, Chuck Klein and Kevin Held of Business Real Estate Brokerage Co./NAI represented both buyer and seller.

Ultrazone has renewed its lease within the center for an additional five years at a total consideration of $330,000. Wherehouse Records has agreed to downsize from 15,000 to 5,000 sf, freeing up 10,000 sf now available for lease.

Villasenor, Klein and Held have been retained as the exclusive leasing agents.
