The facility, which encompasses 39,640 sf, is located at 25932 Wright Circle in the Wright Circle Business Park. The tenant has already occupied the facility, having moved in February of this year.
The tenant, BKSG LLC, was represented by Guy LaFerrara, Mike Baker and Bryan Ohira of Lee & Associates' Irvine Spectrum office. The seller, Foothill-Burke LLC, was represented by Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis' Newport Beach office.
Manufacturers continue to gobble up the county's limited supply of industrial space, pushing up occupancy levels countywide. Even a slowdown in the manufacturing sector has done little to cool demand in the county's industrial real estate market. Demand for space is especially high among small to mid-sized users, area brokers say.
