Holliday had its start in Houston in 1982 and currently has 300 employees in 18 offices nationwide. A company source tells GlobeSt.com that the move has already taken place. The capital markets intermediary had been officing at 3003 W. Alabama in the CBD.
Scott Wegmann of Cushman Realty's Houston office has represented Holliday Fenoglio Fowler in the lease talks. Building owner Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd. has used in-house leasing manager Bill Schneidau to broker the deal.
One Post Oak Central is a 396,000-sf, class-A office building in the three-building, 1.25-million sf Post Oak Central office complex. Two Post Oak Central has 443,000 sf and Three Post Oak Central, 436,000 sf. The complex is set on 17 acres and is a design of renowned architects Philip Johnson and John Burgee. According to the Crescent source, One Post Oak Central is now 98% occupied.
