Trammell Crow Wins Management of 1701 Pennsylvania Ave.

WASHINGTON, DC-The company will serve as both the leasing and property manager of the office building located adjacent to the White House. The building is on the corner of 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.

The class-A office building has a total of 186,927 sf. On the comer of 17th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue it is also adjacent to the Old Executive Office Building.

TCC MidAtlantic currently manages eight buildings for Grosvenor in Maryland and now, including this latest deal, manages 518,000 sf. The eight buildings in Maryland comprise the WesTech Business Park in Silver Spring and a total of 331,318 sf. TCC MidAtlantic's total portfolio for all of its clients is now more than 24.5 million sf.
