Brixton Gets Detailed Planning For M25 Office Park

LONDON-Brixton has won detailed planning permission from Runnymede Borough Council for its 16 acre Aviator Park office development site at Addlestone, near Weybridge, Surrey.

LONDON-Brixton has won detailed planning permission from Runnymede Borough Council for its 16 acre Aviator Park office development site at Addlestone, near Weybridge, Surrey. The site lies just over 1 mile from junction 11 of the M25.

The council has approved two alternative schemes each of 300,000 sf. One option comprises six buildings and the other five. Brixton’s letting agents Insignia Richard Ellis and Knight Frank are currently marketing the space but in the absence of any letting deal, it is likely that Brixton will decide to make a speculative start on site development in the autumn.
