The Stool & Dinette Factory, a retail store that specializes in casual indoor and outdoor dining furniture, has leased 10,000 sf in the East Thunderbird Square-North in north Scottsdale. The 162,000-sf center, which was built last year, is at the southwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Acoma Drive.

The project is adjacent to the East Thunderbird Square Shopping Center, a 165,000-sf retail center. There is a number of home furnishing stores in the center, all appealing to the owners of the new homes in the area. The master-planned community of Kierland, which will have thousands of homes at build out, is just north of the project. The East Thunderbird Square-North is adjacent to the Scottsdale Airpark, where a vast number of businesses in Scottsdale are based. Bob Pearlstein of the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis has negotiated the lease.
