The flex building is located at 810 W. Taft Ave. It encompasses 57,636 sf. Built in 1987, the facility has a mirrored glass and masonry facade. It features three drive-in bays and 24-ft clearance height.
Inline, which is a division of Anaheim-based Extron, will relocate from its current site at 22860 Savi Ranch Parkway in Yorba Linda. The company, which manufactures high-resolution video products, advanced audiovisual system integration tools and V-Net, will move its headquarters and manufacturing operations to the Orange property.
Tom Dorman of CB Richard Ellis' Anaheim office represented the landlord, Mario Antonini. The tenant was represented by Sperry Van Ness.
