Retailers Sign Combined 8,300 SF for Region's Centers

HOUSTON-Prestige Rental Purchase and Leslie's Pool Supply are setting up new locations in the South Texas communities of Jasper and Beaumont. The deals have been sealed in talks between Houston's Boyd Page and Phelan Investments.

HOUSTON-Prestige Rental Purchase and Leslie’s Pool Supply have inked pacts for retail space in east Texas shopping centers. Prestige is taking 4,800 sf and Leslie’s is taking 3,500 sf.

W. Loch Cook of Houston-based Boyd Page has represented both retailers in the leases. Prestige, a rent-to-own chain, has its new location at the Crossroads Shopping Center, situated at 334 E. Gibson along the Texas/Louisiana border town of Jasper. Lan Phelan of Phelan Investments has represented the center owner, Crossroads Partnership.
