Crews have completed structural steel framing on the first of two 60,000-sf speculative office buildings at Monarch at Scripps Ranch on Mira Mesa Boulevard at Interstate 15.
The mixed-use project includes two three-story office buildings. It also includes a separate 47,000-sf, 300-space parking structure. The developer is Monarch at Scripps Ranch LLC and is slated for completion late this year.
