Marco Polo Inc. has purchased the building occupied by an Arby's restaurant at 2900 S. Alma School Rd. in Chandler. The 3,000-sf restaurant is positioned at the corner of Alma School and Queen Creek roads, near the quickly growing master-planned community of Ocotillo. Chandler is among the fastest-growing cities in the Valley.

Ahmad Saeed Khan, a private investor from Kingman, AZ, had owned the for less than a year when he sold it to Marco Polo. Broker Jessie Zahn of the Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap has represented the seller and broker Jim Casale of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Phoenix office has acted on the buyer's behalf in the transaction.
