SAN ANTONIO-A law firm has leased 8,655 sf at One International Centre in the north central part of the city.
The Walsh, Anderson, Brown, Schulze & Aldridge firm will be moving to the 298,289-sf building at 100 NE Loop 410 from the Renaissance Plaza, 70 NW Loop 410.
Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co., based in Springfield, MA is the owner of the multi-tenant One International Centre.
Alan Grilliette and Elie Pruske, both of Transwestern Commercial Services in San Antonio, have represented the building owner. Steve Garza of Providence Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. has acted on the tenant's behalf. Transwestern has handled the leasing and management of One International Centre since early 1999.
Walsh, Anderson, founded in 1983, also has offices in Austin's La Costa Centre and Irving, at 511 E. John Carpenter Expressway. The firm has represented public school districts, junior colleges and special education cooperatives. It also practices general insurance defense litigation.
