Lincoln's general manager, Kevin Driscoll, says that Hopgood has grown to become the second largest tenant in the building, which, he says, "truly caters to the legal community, with a full-service law library and full-time librarian on site." As part of a $30-million renovation, the library is being moved to another location off the lobby adjacent to a new conference center. The upgrade also includes new elevators, windows and bathrooms.

David Bleckner of David Bleckner LLP represented the owner; Steven Monteforte of Robinson Silverman served as legal counsel for Hopgood.

Rents in the 55-story building, which went up in 1930 and has had the same owners for nearly 50 years, average $52 per sf.
