NEW YORK CITY-The Lincoln Building on 42nd Street across from Grand Central Station, home to approximately 125 law firms, will remain the home of Hopgood, Calimafde, Judlowe and Mondolino. A tenant for more than 40 years, the firm, which specializes in patents, copyrights and trademarks, has renewed is lease for 24,610 sf on the 40th and 41st floors.

Lincoln’s general manager, Kevin Driscoll, says that Hopgood has grown to become the second largest tenant in the building, which, he says, “truly caters to the legal community, with a full-service law library and full-time librarian on site.” As part of a $30-million renovation, the library is being moved to another location off the lobby adjacent to a new conference center. The upgrade also includes new elevators, windows and bathrooms.
