The repair center, Bake Parkway Auto Service Center, is located in Lake Forest's Pacific Commerce Center. The complex stands at 20751-20771 Bake Parkway. The Bake Parkway Auto Service Center was 100% leased at the time of sale, according to Edward Karagozian Jr., a Collins Commercial Corp. broker who worked on the deal.
"It's a very attractive piece of real estate," he tells GlobeSt.com. Five tenants, including anchor tenants Winston Tire and Purrfect Auto Service, occupy the center. Winston Tire occupies 6,420 sf and Purrfect Auto Service occupies 2,356 sf.
Karagozian represented the seller, Barrett Heritage. Jesse James of Brokers West represented the Nixon Family Trust.
