Neither the subsidiary of Los Angeles-based ABM Industries Inc. nor San Francisco-based Shorenstein Realty Services, the property manager, disclosed terms of the contract.
The deal combines the strength of one of the largest parking facility operations in the U.S., currently managing 1,800 lots in 29 states, with a subsidiary of Shorenstein Co. which manages 25 million sf of space throughout the country.
