A 20-year lease has been agreed at a rent of £32.50 ($46.15) per sf. The building, designed by Skidmore Owings and Merrill, includes parking space for 268 cars. United Biscuits will be relocating from its existing space in West Drayton and the Watermans Business Park, Staines.

Peter Andrews, Tishman International's managing director for Europe, says: 'We have attracted three very high profile international companies to Hayes Park within six months of completion, which bears testament to the high quality of the work we carried out. We are now on the lookout for more high quality development opportunities where value can be added in the short to medium term.' Tishman International's latest venture is the 30,000-sf refurbishment of Chancellors House in Hammersmith, West London, which has recently been completed.

The United Biscuits signing follows the letting of the Central Building to Fujitsu Europe in December 2000 and the letting of the South Building to H J Heinz Co. in August 2000. Fujitsu agreed to a 20-year lease at £29.50 ($41.90) per sf while Heinz signed a 20-year lease at £27.50 ($39.05) per sf.

Stiles Harold Williams represented Tishman International Companies, while FPD Savills acted for United Biscuits.
