Arbor financed the acquisition of a 21-unit property at 81 Whiting St. here with a $677,200 loan under its Fannie Mae DUS 5-50 product line. This product is for multifamily properties with five to 50 units and provides owners and developers of small apartment projects access to Fannie Mae's "best of class" multifamily loan rates. Arbor provided a Fannie Mae DUS Supplemental Second Mortgage Loan on the 12-unit Cambridge Apartments in Cambridge and on the 21-unit Walnut St. Apartments in Everett. The funding of the two loans totaled $680,000.

Arbor provides debt and equity financing for multifamily apartment complexes, senior and affordable housing, hotels, office buildings and industrial and retail properties. The company has full-service lending offices across the country. Currently, Arbor services over $1.5 billion in loans.
