The company plans to further develop the property, by adding on to the 113,000-sf building that currently stands on the parcel. The facility, which is occupied by G & H Technologies, is located at 750 W. Ventura Blvd., along the 101 Freeway Corridor. According to the company's plans, the property will receive an additional 300,000 sf of office and industrial improvements.

The county's industrial market is still a favorite among investors, as the dearth of buildable land and high demand on the part of industrial tenants continues to push up occupancy levels in industrial properties countywide.
