The firm, one of San Diego's largest and oldest architecture and design companies, appointed Robert L. Noble as chief executive officer and principal of design, and promoted Arturo M. Castro to president, according to board Chairman Hal G. Sadler.

In his new post, Noble is charged with overseeing the firm's expanding design division, including cultivating strategic project acquisitions. He is directly responsible for developing the company's portfolio of high-end commercial and industrial projects, and maintaining day-to-day operations of the firm.

"His experience and background support our goal to perform an increasing number of innovative design projects that push the envelope for creativity.
