Paul Kluck of First Industrial represented MSAS in the five-year deal. Mike Camp of CB Richard Ellis represented Catellus Development Corp., the owner of the property.
In the second deal, Applied Industrial Technologies renewed its lease for 42,502 sf at the Havana Business Center, 5454 Havana St. Havana Business Center is owned by First Industrial and Applied Industrial renewed its lease for another five years.
In another renewal, Gard' n-Wide Distributors decided to stay for another five years in its 25,902-sf space at 11633 E. 51st Ave. Matt Capecelatro and Paul Kluck of First Industrial represented the owner, Glasser-Schwartz Properties.
First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., the nation's largest provider and manager of diversified industrial real estate, currently owns, operates and manages 84 million sf, including 4.5 million sf in Colorado.
