The three-story, 152,000-sf center sits on 35 acres in the Westover Hills area of San Antonio. It will accommodate 800 Morgan Chase workers.
WorkPlaceUSA, based in Dallas, is providing real estate consulting-brokerage, site selection, shell building architecture, interior design, project management and construction management services. WorkPlace's consulting unit has represented J.P. Morgan Chase in leasing about 50,000 sf at another San Antonio building until the new campus is completed.
Based in New York, Morgan Chase is an international financial services firm with assets of $715 billion and operations in over 60 countries. WorkPlaceUSA previously had represented Morgan Chase in locating, designing and constructing office space in the Dallas CBD.
