Prime, which also builds and manages its properties, is developing the project in partnership with Leary Development LLC. Spanish architect, Ricardo Bofill of Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, has designed the upscale condo development. Page Southerland Page is providing the local architectural expertise, with sales and marketing falling to Personnette & Associates.

Typical condo sizes in the European-style development range from 2,400 sf to 4,000 sf and carry price tickets of $700,000 to $1.3 million. The building also includes a 7,000-sf penthouse, with a $5-million asking price.

Marty Eppel, assistant vice president with Prime Residential tells GlobeSt.com his company began the project because it wanted to get into the reurbanization that is starting to develop in Houston and other major cities. This is Prime Residential's first Houston project, says Eppel, but the company does have a 400-unit apartment complex in the works in Keller near Dallas. The Houston project will deliver in the fall.
