McClellan Biz Park Picks Broadband Provider

ROSEVILLE, CA-SureWest has won the opportunity to provide telecommunications services to the 3,000-acre McClellan Business Park, part of the conversion of the former McClellan Air Force Base by Sacramento County.

ROSEVILLE, CA-Advanced telecommunications provider, SureWest Broadband has inked an agreement with the developers of the 3,000-acre McClellan Business Park to be the preferred provider of telecommunications services in the park.

The business park is the largest in the Sacramento metro area. It consists of 8 million sf of existing space that will expand to 17 million sf at build out. The park is part of the conversion of the former McClellan Air Force Base and is being developed by a team put together by the Sacramento County Department of Military Base Conversion.
