PHOENIX-A trio of firms has combined to fill the 11th Floor of an office high-rise in uptown Phoenix. With the 14,800 sf in leases, the 222,000-sf, 15-story office tower at 2700 N. Central is 87% occupied.

Compupay Inc., a payroll service firm based in Florida, has leased 6,800 sf and will move its Phoenix operations from 10851 N. Black Canyon Highway. The company will relocate in early August.

Internet Institute USA, a division of the University of Arizona in Tucson, has signed for 3,000 sf. The company, which provides corporate training to professionals, will move in July 15. And Logical Inc., a Toronto-based firm, has spoken for 5,000 sf and also will take occupancy in July.
