Four Companies Renew at Boston Properties' Buildings

WASHINGTON, DC-Four companies have renewed leases for office space in properties owned by Boston Properties. Three of the firms are located in DC while the other is located in Richmond, VA.

WASHINGTON, DC–Four companies have renewed leases for office space in properties owned by Boston Properties, according to company officials. Three of the companies are located in one Washington, DC office building, while the other is located in Richmond, VA.

Renewing leases at 600 Maryland Ave., SW in Washington were; JIL Information Services, an FAA contractor, for 7,337 sf; Operational Services Technologies Inc., another FAA contractor, for 6,106 sf; and SAIC, for 4,289 sf. Meanwhile, J.C. Bradford, a financial services company, renewed its 14,992-sf lease at 901 East Byrd St. in Richmond, VA.
