According to the team, this means there is almost six million sf that has deliver, more than two million sf of available space and a shade under one million sf under construction. Another 4.5 million is in the pipeline. They peg occupancy at 65.20%. The brokers are optimistic that the industrial space will be absorbed although the total at this stage might reflect market excess.

Among the projects noted is 141,200 in two buildings at Northwest 8 Business Park, a Proterra project; 644,000 sf in the first building for Alamo Crossing Commerce Center, an undertaking of CB Richard Ellis Strategic Partners; 61,800 sf at Northwest Crossing Park, a project of the McShane Corp.; and 79,275 sf in two buildings of National Realty Group's Beltway/290 Park.
